Typographical Errors

The merchandise, shipping rates and prices available at sanderscandy.com do not always reflect the merchandise, shipping rates and prices you might find in one of our stores, in wholesale listings or in corporate gift offerings. This is due to differences in operational procedures and inventory availability. Merchandise, service and shipping costs displayed on this website should only be used to determine pricing for orders placed via sanderscandy.com.

Price Adjustments
It is our commitment to provide you with the premium gourmet confections at a reasonable price. We value your business and are proud that since 1875, Sanders has not sacrificed quality in the name of cost. Please note that we often share special offers with our customers, or offer certain items at a discounted price. It is important to note that Sanders does not provide refunds for the price difference if an item goes on sale after a purchase. Sanders also does not offer rainchecks for items that may not be in stock when a special offer is available. New special offers/discounts cannot be applied to past orders.

Failed Deliveries
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time their order is placed online or via telephone. Due to the fragile nature of our food products, Sanders Candy cannot re-send or refund orders that are returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, having an incorrect address or for being refused/unclaimed. If purchaser wishes to make an additional attempt to send goods to a new/corrected delivery address, purchaser will have to create a new order and pay for both the product and shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sanders Candy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Sanders and Morley Candy without notice at any time, for any reason.
